Toronto Batman is not my Batman, and why he shouldn’t be yours.
I hate drama, but I also hate bullies, and I am not afraid to call them out.
So tonight, I am going to talk about Toronto Batman, and why we’re done with him professionally. (Ha ha, that’s a Christian Bale joke!)
For those who don’t know him, don’t google him, don’t bother giving him the satisfaction of attention; that is what he’s after. I will summarize him thusly: he is a Toronto-based costumer-slash-busker who achieved a small amount of internet fame via a viral YouTube video, and since then he has been trying to brand himself. He is very into self-promotion; he likes to hand out business cards and scream — loudly and repeatedly — “MY PARENTS ARE DEAD.” (Sigh.) He aspires to be an entertainer-slash-comedian.
He also happens to be an arrogant, homophobic, entitled jerk who has upset more than a few people, and for us, the last straw was pulled at Fan Expo 2012.

I have to agree, at San Diego Comic Con last year I had a run in with him myself. A group of my friends and I had been at the Arkham City booth (as it was before the game had come out and we had attended the panel, one of my friends actually really impressed Rocksteady with her costume, they had even contacted her about it so we all decided to stop buy as a group)
This was much before my Arkham Batman had even been started, I was dressed as the Joker, while at the booth we were approached by the actress Stana Katic who had seen out rag tag group and wanted to join us for a photo. If you don’t know Stana Katic was involved in Arkham City as she was the voice of Talia Al Ghul
He being near by jumped in front of us as we were already having pictures taken, and repeatedly got too close to Stana (who was visibly put off and disturbed) let alone interrupted all of us OVER AND OVER while we were talking with her afterwards.
To put it plainly he was loud, obnoxious, rude, and more or less as said in the original post sexually harassing an actress as well as my own girlfriend and a few of my friends.
I’m not one to talk smack, but I have to agree. Dude’s a douche, I feel bad for comic book fans in Toronto who have to deal with him smearing their good name.
I’ll shut up now before I start too much drama.
